Returns are only accepted for damaged items or incorrect items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through whatsapp.

In case of return, the product replacement will be initiated and shipped within 2-7 business days after returned product received to us.

For all returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

In case of payment made twice for the same purchase, refund of one payment will be made and the applicant bares the transaction fee of it.

In case of refund the refund will be initiated and credited within 7-15 business days
