Description
- Quantity available: 200g jar, & 400g jar
- Ingredients: Ragi/ finger millet, Nut grass (Muthanga) & Cardamom
- Shelf life: 12 months from the month of packing.
- Preparation of porridge: Add 3 tbsp of powder to one cup of milk/ drinking water in a clean bowl and stir it lump free. Cook in low flame, stir well until powder forms a thick porridge texture. Add Sugar/ rock sugar for sweetness. Allow to cool and serve.
- Caution: Use prepared porridge within half an hour. Otherwise microbial deterioration may set in. Discard unused feed.
- Cooking time: 5 minutes
- Storage requirements: Use dry spoon only. Store in cool and dry place.
